This genuine, fresh Dover Sole, is very hard to find. It's outstanding flavor comes with a sweet after-taste. It is firm in texture and very low in oil content.

St. Peter's Fish ......................................................................32.00
This Fish originates in the sea of Galilee and it is said that when there
was not enough food for the apostles, St. Peter reached into the sea and
started pulling out fish with his bare hands. This explains the thumbprint on the top of every St. Peter's. Delicious very firm and very low in oil content.

Mediteranean Sea Bass .......................................................30.00
This Mediteranean favorite known as Lavraki, Bronzini, or Loup De Mare feeds on shrimp, which comes through in its taste. It is low in oil content and slightly flaky, but firm in texture.

This sweet tasting fish is caught at deep sea and is low in oil content and is flakey yet firm.

The only fish deemed acceptable by the ancient Greeks to be
sacrificed to the gods. It is high in oil content and firm in texture. It has
small bones and is favored by the advanced fish eater.

This flat fish is one of the most highly prized for its firm, lean, white
flesh with a mild flavour. Low oil content.
